What does the free consultation include?
We’ll discuss your colour goals, inspiration photos and hair history, then talk through a suitable plan, estimated time and cost. Call us to confirm the consultation length and availability.
Do I need a consultation before my colour appointment?
If you’re unsure which service to choose, start with a consultation. Colour correction requires a consultation first. For a familiar colour service, you can also use our online booking menu; call if you need help choosing.
How long do highlights take?
Allow approximately 3 hours for highlights. Your stylist can confirm the time based on your hair’s length, density and the result you want.
How much will my colour cost?
The menu above shows starting prices in Canadian dollars. Hair length, density, previous colour and the work needed can affect the total. Ask for your colour plan and quote before booking.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
The online booking policy requires a 25% deposit and at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Check the current terms before confirming. Call us if you have a question about how the policy applies to a free consultation.
Is a haircut or blow dry included?
For highlights, haircut and styling are priced separately. Other colour services may have different inclusions. Confirm exactly what is included in your selected service when you arrange your appointment.
Can you correct colour done elsewhere?
Yes, corrective colour is offered. Book a consultation first so your stylist can discuss your colour history, the work involved and an individual estimate.
